My ten month one week old doesnt crawl
Hello Dr, My ten month one week old baby doesn't crawl. She is able to sit up by herself now and comes to crawling position but doesn't move knees forward. She moves her hands and thus falls flat. I am a bit worried. Her all other milestones have been in normal range. She is 99 percentile on weight and 85 percentile on height so is weight the reason?

Hi. The normal age for the child to start craeling is 6 to 9 monthz. If she doesnot even after 9 m you need to see a pediatrician. Secondly is her birth history normal. No nicu admission? If anything significant that time might as well just get a opinion of  your doctor.
Next Steps
How is her speech? Does she babbles or speaks lije ba, da. If so its normal can wait.
Health Tips
Keep a track on her milestones.

I wouldn't worry! Although range of age when babies start crawling, start teething and sit without support is 6-9 months,BUT,as you mentioned that physical growth and development of other milestones is fine, just WAIT.
