My T4 level is high and I need to talk to a gynaecologist about the issue. Need to know the next steps of remedy.

If you don't have any symptoms then nothing to worry repeat test after six weeks

The report attached seems to be normal ..no treatment needed at present ..can repeat the same test after 6 to 8 weeks and based on the test result can decide for further treatment if needed .

No treatment required at present dear. A few investigations have to be done.

Do a anti TPO antibodies and Anti Thyroglobulin antibodies. Do ultrasound neck if neck swelling is present to look for any nodules .
