My son stopped eating due to gum problem
Hi Doctor ,....my son is 3 year old and from past 1 day he has stopped to eat and also refuses to drink water...when we checked found there is a piece of gum which had seen extended due to which he feels pain and doesn't take any food..iam worried as saliva oozing out from his mouth and it's getting dried up ...should not result in dehydration ..pl. help
