My son is underweight
My son is seven years old and his weight is around 20.his shits easily come out from his shorts.
not eating enough according to his age plz help what i will do.gave appetizer so many times.

He is more or less OK in his weight.. 1) 4 times diet. At correct time, periodic at fixed time. 2) prefer solids over liquid s .. only liquid is water.. 3) avoid irrational diet like packed and tinned items and snacks.. he'll do well.
