My son got cough and cold
My son got fever and coughing. Temperature at night time increasing. Yesterday night temperature goes upto 101. After given paracetamol and asthalin temperature comes down. Cough is still remaining.

Give dolo syr 6 hrly for fever
Asthalin for cough

It will take 2-3 days for the cough and fever to settle . If child not active or fever doesn’t settle, meet a nearby paediatrician
