My skinny thighs
Hi i am 18. I have a good metabolic rate so i donT easily get fleshy but these days i did some sQuaTs to get bigger butts but now i noticed that my thighs have become so lean and skinny which does not look nice at all .heLp me out suGgest the link betweeN SQuats and sKinny thighs

It is quite possible that once you started doing squats the muscle tone of your quadriceps improved and your thighs appear that way. Unless you have any other medical issue this is not a cause for concern. To improve the glutes which are the muscles in your butt try doing "lunges" either with or without weights. They will help.

Hello there,,,,to put you at ease let me tell you,,,,that you dont have any problem as such....however i need to know a few things before i answer you conclusively What is your height/weight? What kind of diet are you used to? Do you play any sports? To be very honest with you ....there is no research in literature which suggests a link between Squats and skinny thighs. Also accumulation of fats happen depending upon the metabolic rate of a person which you say is normal for you.
