My right leg bones get dislocated every time I put stress on my right leg.i can't even run due to this as I am worried about the dislocation of knee joint. It happened in 2007 when some one suddenly jumped over my knee From outerside over my right leg pushing (towards the right leg from inside I sat down then and there it self and wasn't able to walk properly for next few months due to strain and swelling. Now some or the other time if by mistakenly my leg gets twisted my tibia and femur bones gets dislocated and I'm not able to walk as my leg get locked due to dislocation. After few hours it automatically gets into it's original place. I want a permanent solution over this where I can jump run and do physical activity

You seem to be suffering from a condition called recurrent dislocation of patella. This may arise due to a soft tissue tear on the inner aspect of your knee or due to a bony pathology in the groove where the knee cap sits. There are some other causes as well but these seen to be the most common causes. You should see an orthopedic surgeon who would clinically examine your knee and you will most probably need a surgical correction of your cause if you want to do active sports.
