My question is ....What does xray says?
My mother underwent pneumonia treatment and recovered completely within a few months (nov to jan 25 ). After some time , she had a fever and cough again. She has been undergoing homeopathic treatment for 45 days now, but there is no relief. Can you tell me what the x-ray shows? Is there any cavity visible in the last x-ray?

It seems to be multi drug resistant pneumonia which generally recurs. It needs to be treated by a pulmonologist with the help of allopathic medicines along with homeopathic medicines. Homeopathic medicines alone will not be able to justify your mother's case. Do not get it complicated by relying completely on Homeopathic medicines. It's an urgency and delicate matter to handle. Homeopathic medicines have their own limitations to follow. Be wise .. Anyway you need an expert Homeopathic physician to help you.

The X-ray labeled 1appears to show patchy opacities in the mid and lower zones of the left lung, which may suggest infection, inflammation, or possible pulmonary tuberculosis. The right lung seems relatively clearer. The X-ray labeled 2 shows a clearer lung field compared to image 1, with reduced opacities, possibly indicating improvement after treatment Top image (dated 25/7/2025) The lung fields appear relatively clearer, with more defined lung markings and no obvious consolidation or major fluid collection.   Bottom image (dated 03/09/2025)- There appears to be increased opacity in the lower zones, especially on the left side (right side of image), which could suggest:   - Pleural effusion   - Consolidation (e.g., pneumonia)   - Mass or collapse Clinical correlation with symptoms, history, and further imaging/tests (e.g., CT scan, sputum test) is essential for accurate diagnosis. A homoeopathic treatment will give you best results naturally You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance Or click on the calling option over my profile on Practo

Looking at the X-rays, there are still some patchy changes in the right lung, which means the infection or inflammation has not fully resolved. I do not see any obvious cavity, but sometimes plain X-rays cannot show early changes clearly. A chest CT scan is advised for confirmation. Since fever and cough are persisting, further evaluation is important to rule out tuberculosis or other causes. Please consult a chest physician for detailed assessment. After proper diagnosis, supportive homeopathic treatment can be continued.
