You have to take medicine to normalise your Prolactin level. It will not come normal naturally.
Raised Prolactin level does not cause breast abscess but may cause discharge from the nipple, irregular periods, infertility, fullness in the breast
It doesn't hair fall.

Chances of natural reduction are unlikely
Raised prolactin level can lead to breast discharge not breast abscess
It cannot lead to hair fall the reason for hair fall is biotin deficiency
