Hello....... It's not a health issue, surgery can only be done on cosmetic purpose.. You have to consult plastic surgeon.. Since nose is half bony and half cartilage it can be reshaped to some extent...... But reconstructive surgery may cost much... So decide whether to live with it or to undergo surgery.
