I had a full body check up
All things were fine
But my total cholesterol is 206
And my non HDL is 156
Is that a thing to worry?
What should i do ?

Yes the cholesterol levels are above the cut off values.

1. Adopt any type of moderate physical activity like brisk walking or jogging and do it atleast 30 mins a day.
2. Avoid fast food, junk food, carbonated drinks
3. If you smoke or consume alcohol, stop doing it
4. Add fibre rich food items like fruits, salads, oats, green leafy vegetables to your diet
