It is recommended that you get a covid-19 RAT and RT-PCR test to exclude the possibility of coronavirus. In the meanwhile your mother can take Zady 500mg once a day after food and Vermac 12mg once a day at bed time. Take paracetamol 650mg thrice a day and take steam thrice a day. Take vitamin C 1000mg, vitamin D once sachet weekly and zinc 50mg per day. If her situation doesn't improve please consult a doctor.
