She has been feeling very much of pain due to hole in ear. Does surgery will help? What precautions need to be followed as she had angioplasty last year?

Just perforation (hole) will not cause pain there might be associated infection probably fungus which cause pain Surgery can be done safely I perform tympanoplasty under Local Anesthesia angioplasty is not contraindication
