My mom has herniated disc problem.

Asked for Female, 50 Years

She is in severe pain with herniated disc prblm where sciatica nerve pains a lot she was given a steroid to her spine 6 to 7 mnths back it was fine for few months now pain has come back. we dont want to use those steroids now plz help if there is any other way to get her relief
