My left leg and hand paining

My left leg and hand pains regularly , because of it i get disturbed ib sleep. (In marathi its called as -kal lagane)

Hello there There can be various reasons for pins and needle sensation and numbness in hands and leg...... It is can be bcos of neuropathy...or VIT B12 deficiency...or could be bcos of spondylosis? A through assessment is required. Do get back with proper symptoms and xray and blood reports if any. Regards
