Facing issue of Body pain, different parts like legs, hands, back pains randomly. Please guide me to get relief of this kind of pain.

Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Be active and exercise daily.  For pain relief you can take simple analgesics like paracetamol , hot fomentation for 15 mins and apply volitra gel. Get following blood investigations done.. Cbc,Calcium, vit-d, vit b12 levels. RA factor, Anti ccp, ESR, CRP. Consult an orthopaedic surgeon with above blood reports.
