My left ear clogged since from past 4-5

My left ear clogged since from past 4-5 , hearing continuous ringing, partially hearing other sound, NOT paining or swelling, just irritating lot. I think some fluid circulating from throat to ear vice-versa. Please HELP ME !! Thank You

Fullness or blocked sensarion of the ear can be because of wax in the ear or any cold travelling from nose to ear nd causing tube blockage. Both these conditions also cause ringing sensation and something moving inside.
