Sir whenever i use my jaw for any purpose either eating or talking loudly my jaws make click sound on both left and right side. It pain a little bit when i sleep sided

Yes, it's a TMJ disorder. For now stop biting on hard, avoid opening mouth wide. And visit a dentist specialises in TMJ.
