Hello, I am glad to hear your cold is recovering. Sorry to hear about your digestive issues. I would need some more details before I can answer all your concerns. I need to understand why omnacortil is being taken ?
Other than that it is normal to have slightly higher iron values when you have an infection (it is the body’s natural response). Your other values are Lao not of too much concern. A lower TLC could signify a viral infection. Now for your digestive issues, it could be the infection itself, are you taking any more medications ?
Next Steps
Can you tell me why you are taking omnacortil and also what exactly are your digestive issues?
I don't know why you are taking Omnacortil for routine use. Omnacortil and Montair LC should not be taken lifelong. They should be taken to tide over a crisis and that too only under medical advice.
At the age of 19 years if nothing seems to be working properly in your body you should consult a Psychiatrist. You have problems with Digestion, Respiration, Blood formation, Liver and so on.

Your reports show bilirubin 1.3 (slightly high but still near normal) and TIBC 3.3 with serum iron 182 (on the higher side). Since you are on Montair-LC and Omnacortil 10 mg, your cold symptoms are improving, but the persistent cough and digestion issues may not be directly related to these medicines.
For now, continue Montair-LC as prescribed. Omnacortil should be taken only as per doctor’s advice and tapered properly (not stopped suddenly). For digestion, a simple probiotic or PPI (like Pantoprazole, after doctor’s advice) can help.
Next Steps
For proper evaluation, I suggest:
1. Liver function tests (LFT) – to check bilirubin trend, enzymes (SGOT/SGPT, ALP).
2. Iron studies (Serum ferritin, transferrin saturation, TIBC in detail) – to confirm iron status.
3. CBC (Complete blood count) – to look for any anemia or infection.
4. Blood sugar & basic kidney profile – since Omnacortil (steroid) can affect sugar and other parameters.
5. If digestive issues continue – Ultrasound abdomen and stool routine/microscopy may be useful.
