My IgE total level is 2461
Total bilirubin is 1.3 and tlc is 3.3 and have some digestive issues and iron Level is 182 and I am taking montair lc and omnacortil 10 mg which medicine should take else and test is required for proper checkup and my cold is recovering from montair lc but some cough comes and have digestion problems

Other than that it is normal to have slightly higher iron values when you have an infection (it is the body’s natural response). Your other values are Lao not of too much concern. A lower TLC could signify a viral infection. Now for your digestive issues, it could be the infection itself, are you taking any more medications ?

I don't know why you are taking Omnacortil for routine use. Omnacortil and Montair LC should not be taken lifelong. They should be taken to tide over a crisis and that too only under medical advice.
At the age of 19 years if nothing seems to be working properly in your body you should consult a Psychiatrist. You have problems with Digestion, Respiration, Blood formation, Liver and so on.

Since you are on Montair-LC and Omnacortil 10 mg, your cold symptoms are improving, but the persistent cough and digestion issues may not be directly related to these medicines.
For now, continue Montair-LC as prescribed. Omnacortil should be taken only as per doctor’s advice and tapered properly (not stopped suddenly). For digestion, a simple probiotic or PPI (like Pantoprazole, after doctor’s advice) can help.

1. Liver function tests (LFT) – to check bilirubin trend, enzymes (SGOT/SGPT, ALP).
