My girlfriend remains sad her days
She cries a lot, not able to concentrate, loss of interest in her study and social life, angry with herself for this problem also for the things that she couldn't finish. She says no one can understand how she feels. And she feels a lot of pain in her throat area when she is sad. She remains sad for days sometimes.

hi dear, I feel that she is very much emotionally disturbed, may be due to psychological disturbance she might be feeling difference in physical functioning. during this time lot changes occur in physical functioning also and as she is feeling low in confidence, not able to make out what she is experiencing. her anxious, sadness, low concentration and interest these symptoms says she might be falling to the stage of depression. she need to assessed properly for any further medication. please take her to psychiatrist for better evaluation and medication. but any person without any reason won't fall into the depression. she might be undergoing this emotional problem from a long time. try to give emotional support, engage her in the activity she is interested to do. take care. stay positive.

If she is feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Let her Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing and Indulge in hobbies, Spend time with people close to her.
