My friend is getting very anxious
My friend gave MBA entrance exam and scored very good marks but didn't get admission the first time around into the college he wanted. He got a job in a start up and took it and reached very good heights but got depressed and had a fall out with the co-founder. He took a break of 6 months and thought he would travel but he was so afraid of anything and everything he just could not travel. After 6 months he got a job but the work is that of what he was doing 4 years back and hence he is further slipping into depression and becoming anxious. He cries everyday. What can he do to get over those regrets and not loose his mind. He is very low in confidence to do just about anything and all his friends have alienated him or rather he alienated everybody.
