My friend has a chest pain.
Hello sir my friend have not eaten anything from past 3 days if she is eating something she is vommiting and and her chest is paining in centre can you please give me some advice.

At present if she is unable to take orally,take her to local hospital for IV fluids and IV medicine for vomiting and pain ,
