My foreskin of penis is tight
My foreskin is tight and i am unable to take my foreskin backwards and i am worried about it
So , is there any other treatment than sugery

Circumcision is the only treatment for your condition which is also called as phimosis.
And before that, to determine whether it's a tight frenulum or a smaller prepusal opening you need to consult a surgeon physically in their clinic or hospital.
