My foot both swelling

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My foot swelling from one month. I m suffering jaundice from 2 yr .before 6 months I had consulted a doctor .he said Gilbert syndrome. Yesterday I test lft my total billirubin 2.1 &alt ast Normal.ggt normal. Serum creatine Normal.cbc report normal .Urine reports normal. What is cause of foot swelling
