Take a xray first, check medical conditions and plan accordingly. At this age it's better to extact a swelled teeth

Go for xray to determine the extent of decay,if decay is beyond repair then go for extraction.

Sir, to determine whether extraction or Rct , we need X-ray of the tooth. And in case extraction is recommended, do get initial blood tests done.
