My face is very assymetrical
My one side of face is bigger than other I don't know what has happen to me. It is only noticeable in rear camera not in front camera

It's probably any issue in the camera , not in the face. Look into mirror instead of camera and see whether asymmetry is still noticeable or not.
If any asymmetry in mirror also, consult doctor.
However, it may not be any serious health issue except cosmetic.
Best way is to ask other persons regarding this and also visit doctor in clinic for physical examination.
