As earlier opined you could have impacted wax. A fairly common problem
Next Steps
do not use buds in the ear. do not try to clean the ear. avoid water entering the ear by using a small cotton ball with a. few drops of coconut  oil or little vaseline.  this will make it water proof and avoid water entry while bathing - this is till you get to see a doctor.
Health Tips
do not use finger tip in the ear either if there is itching etc.

Could be just wax blocking your ear. Better to get it examined by an Ent doctor. Anyway, its not an emergency and there’s nothing to be scared of. For now you can use soliwax ear drops

Decrease in hearing can be due to impact wax or middle/inner ear problems. You need formal assessment and if required, audiology test also, to find out the exact cause of your decrease in hearing. Please consult for evaluation and treatment guidance. Thanks
