My dog bit a Christ lizard and killed it. I am worried for my dog’s health😭😭.. please any advice . I am so much worried

Keep an eye out for any symptoms like vomiting, diarrhoea, not eating properly etc then please visit a vet. It is just gastric issues that can be there. I hope your pet didn't ingest it that'll lead to higher chances of gut trouble.

Mostly nothing to worry..observe for any Gastric upset and signs like vomiting and loose stools .if you see any such symptoms consult a vet offline or online.
