My daughter age 3 years and 6 months
She is having fever since yesterday it comes every 6 to 7 hours and she is active and eats properly so what can be reason behind it
Presently giving DOLO DS 5ml when fever occurs at 101

Its good that she is active and eating properly but she might soon have symptoms like cough n cold.Dolo DS is fine. But weight of the child needs to be known. Consult a pediatrician if no improvement occurs. condition will soon be back to normal in 3-5 days.

Probably viral if active n playful during febrile period n feeding well n fever responding well to paracetamol ...Will start to subside in 2-3 days, if not consult a pediatrician
