My cylindrical Number is increasing.
I have a cylindrical number. Both my eyes have 3.25 number. From past nine years I have this problem. And my number is increasing. I am very afraid. I regularly use my specks. How to control my number. My age is 18.

It is likely to be stable now or within a couple of years..Please use specs regularly ie during studies or near work also.

Power usually becomes stable at age of 18yrs to 21yrs
As your age is 18yrs,your power will not increase now
