My cholesterol level is 214 and sgpt level in 60 in lft test and instead of some anemia related problem in report please check report and advise me ..need to take further treatment or not?

Total cholesterol is raised but other parameters also needed in lipid profile, liver enzymes also raised slightly, with a can advice life style modification, weight reduction,daily exercise, avoiding junk food, more of vegetables and fruits. For 2 months and repeat test
