Hi my child is 3.5 months old and is having a fever

He had a cough earlier than a running nose and now fever
.I m giving him calpol 0.8 ml how many times can I give it to him ??
I have given 3 times already but still fever is 100

Calpol may be repeated after every 4 hours if required.
If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
