My child has watery eyes.

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My child is 3 years 11 months old. He has watery eyes. Whenever he got high fever his problem increases like hell. whenever he got cold then also it increases. Child doctor said that he has photophobia. Eye specialist says that whenever he got cold this problem will repeat. watching tv also creates problem. lot of treatment done but no result.
