My child had a bumpy white tongue
My 5 year old daughter has had this a while however today it’s all taste buds are inflamed and risen to little lumps everywhere and she has a white service which is blotchy?

It would be better if you visit a dentist before starting any home remedies.because anything done at home could irritate and especially children are sensitive so don't risk it get it evaluated once
