My brothers anxiety issue due to breakup
My younger brother went through a break up about a year ago.Bt he thinks that his friend and his girl friend both cheated on him.Since then he has been overthinking about this.He asks people in his social circle and family members about their perspective about his break up and keeps thinking about it again.Even his thyroid level was disturbed but is stable after medicines.

Dear client I can see that you are concerned about your brother. But does he understand that he is thinking excessively about his past? Are there other emotional symptoms? If it is more than a heartbreak will explain then you have to convince him to see a psychiatrist.
