You need to monitor your BP twice daily for few days in a week.If it is constantly recording higher readings consider this as hypertension. Headache could be due to eye issues ,get your eyes checked . Excessive use of computer can cause eye strain resulting in headache. There's no need to initiate antihypertensive treatment at this stage. Reduce the salt intake ,increase potassium intake Use fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Exercise regularly for atleast 30 minutes a day.

Single timed reporting of raised BP isn't the hallmark to label the problem as hypertension . Please record your blood pressure for another 3 days. Even if it's raised , nothing to panic , initiate with low salt diet , and healthy lifestyle modifications .
Next Steps
chart your BP for 3 days. charting should be done as guidelines
