My bilirubin level is high from 1 month
I don't have any other problem like bile salt or bile pigment in urine or less in hungry ness my sgpt or sgot are normal. Hapetitis A,B,C all are normal. But only my bilirubin level is high

High billuribin level Indicate several problems like liver inflammation, gallstones, liver infection so at first diagnosed for that and in diet take papaya & mango in fruits for good digestion. Take 8glasess of water. In fiber take soluble fiber which help move bile out of liver.

Kindly reduce the intake of oil,ghee,butter and other fat in your diet. Increase the intake of fruits like Banana,Chickoo,Sitaphal.Have sugar cane 3-4 pcs daily.Also do 30 minutes of light walk daily.
