My baby have fever cough cold
My son having cough cold fever and we both mother and father having corona symptoms.. how to treat our child in this situation

Get your child tested as well. Monitor SP02. If the child has a high-grade fever and sore throat, you can give azithromycin. Otherwise, only paracetamol, multivitamins and cold medicines need to be given.

Do a covid antigen test. Give him paracetamol, Ascoril-D cough syrup. Watch for spo2. Do base line test like cbc, crp .

Give Syr Cetrizine for cold and paracetamol for fever.
Get covid test for the child too.
