My baby has wound/ rash in penis
Kindly help. Today im seeing my 5 month baby has lik wound or rash like on his penis, where top skin at places have peeled it look like. one thigh area too it look lik skin rash due to friction Not sure how it happened. Two days back we had put diaper and carried him in baby carrier. Also while removing cloth diaper after he passed urine, theres something brownish at places. Is it coming from wound??
Is this caused by friction ??
How to cure it??
Will attach pictures of the cloth nappy and part of his pvt part.

It seems like a diaper rash.
Better to consult your pediatrician in person.
Make sure you are not using too much antiseptic solution to wash the cloth diaper.
