My baby has 9 months old , she fall down from bed at saturday morng (11AM) ,no injuries observed , she is doing well , but she got a fever at night 7 pm with 100f and using paracetamol and not getting dropped also consultanted a pediatrician .he suggested a CBP & CPR , everything is fine ,he suggested to use paracetamol but fever is not getting dropped today .
Moring time fever is getting dropped , but around 3 to 4pm its getting increased to 100 to 101 and same as night too
Please suggest !!

Fever is less likely due to fall. You can admit the baby for further tests and treatment as fever is high and baby is quite young. Consult your pediatrician again or take a second opinion from a senior pediatrician. If she is doing well otherwise, she will be fine with treatment

Hi ur baby fall may not be related to present fever
If baby is active during the time when fever comes down
Then u can wait for another day before u get the blood work up done
Use paracetamol 6th hrly if the fever doesn’t come down after giving paracetamol please book a consultation with me so that I can prescribe u another medicine
