Dental caries in children is not uncommon but comforting her will do no good . Pls visit a dental surgeon who will have a good look and devise a treatment plan which cud include X-rays / fillings / fluoride treatment

A cavity in the tooth is not going to heal on its own and it will be highly prudent that you visit a pedodontist as soon as possible so that the objective treatment can be instituted to alleviate her symptoms permanently. Relying on medications and home remedies is not going to help in such cases. Regards
