My 4 mon14 days daughter loose motion
My 4 month 14 days daughter loose motion for last 16 day now. Antibiotics has been taken but still no improvement in motions. Motions are yellow and watery.i m breastfeed her, no formula milk provided. Please suggest. Lactose intolerance test is also negative.

Breastfed babies may develop loose watery stools at some point of time. If baby is accepting feeds well, active and playful, passing 7-8 times good quantity urine, no need to worry. Keep breastfeeding on demand. Wash your hands while handling baby. Wash her toys and surroundings. Apply coconut oil/ diaper cream at nappy change if baby is on diapers to avoid diaper rashes.
If baby is dull or passing less urine or not taking feed properly, you should see a pediatrician. Baby might need stool routine and culture test.
