My 15 month old doesn't speak
Hello doctor
My 15 month old doesn’t speaks single word till this age. Not even mamma papa.
He started saying papapapa but now he don’t.
I keep conversing him every now & then.
Read book to him.
But neither he points to anything or speaks anything.
He babbles a lot like kakaka… kockkock… etc but nothing like meaningful.
But I think he recognises words as when I sings certain rhymes (which he generally listens)he looks at my lips with interest.
Should I be worried????
