CRP comes positive in many conditions so only CRp is not reliable for diagnosis, history is more important......
Kindly give details about since how many days she had fever and joints pain...is there any swelling over joints etc....so more details history requires...
Continue naprosyn and make a temperature chart...
Next Steps
more investigations requires as per history and examination for proper diagnosis...

Detailed history and other causative investigation will be needed as there is fever with joint pain and crp positive .
Diagnosis is important as Crp is indirect marker of inflammation and infection and raised in many condition.
