Till 20 yrs there is no need of getting any check up spcfcally, unless u get any c/o...like fever, cough, increase in wt,any skin c/o.Then accordingly u will b advised by Related doctor. But u can get Hb levels check up.Aftet 30 yrs also,if everything is okay, then no need of tests. But out of concern,u can get check up for Complete blood picture,(including sugar levels)Urine picture,BP,Wt,Lipid profile to get to know any Cholesterol rise,Thyroid profile, are generally advisable. But if any c/o related to Heart, abdomen, chest, legs r hands, then accordingly On Doctor's advise,U can get check up.If u r very much concern abt ur health&want to take precautionary steps, then there r many packages available from known Diagnostic labs. That u csn undrr go yrly once.Based the reports,u can take wherever u need to go for regular check ups r often. These General check ups also will b diffrent for men&women.
