Muscular pain
My leg and hand muscle's get stretched at any time specially at night I feel paralysed and it feels very painful when my legs muscles get stretched. I feel tires and dehydrated most of the time but when I drink water I feel urge to urinate within 20 mins...what should I do? And whatever I eat I don't gain any weight...

Hai, did you go for a health check? I suggest you to go for blood sugar test - fasting, post prandial and if found high, go for HbA1C test. Then can i find the underlying cause for your problem.

Hello..... That's muscle spasm ,most of lean studs suffe6 from this problem including me... You must stay fit... Determine to change your lifestyle Style.. Sleep for 7 to 8 hours... Exercise daily in morning ...have more of fruits and vegetables ...have only nutritious foods... Don't involve much of sexual activity....
