Receiving constant pain in upper left back and arm, movement disorder of neck, weakness and tingling in left arm since last three days after landing from a flight ride.

Take rest. Muscle relaxant and pain killers for 2 days after consulting doctor. If not relieved then go to a neurosurgeon
