Your BMI is very high and this is causing muscles to contract more to hold your body weight which is causing spasm stifness and muscle pain. You dont need to visit any doctor Just get your nutrition right and lose weight Your ideal body weight should be around 70 kg if ur height is 5’7 So you are basically 50kg over weight Overweight people are prone to dyslipedemias, heart diseases, sleep apnea and diabetis mellitus, depression and low selfesteem So better get exercising and start high protein diet with moderate fats and low carb Keep moving For pain take over the counter medications like diclofenac and paracetamol that will do. Once you lise weight you will not need to take antihypertensive medication as your blood pressure will normalize as of now your heart has to pump harder to supply to extra fatty tissue
