Muscles don't build
Limbs are thin, biceps and triceps are not building and obesity is more. Please provide me a solution.

Please get some money from your bank account , go to a Gym in your area. You should join the Gym for one year. All your obesity will disappear and you will develop muscles.

It takes time, first the fat will be metabolised then the muscles will show up. Need a calorie deficit diet. Consult a dietician for same.
