Muscle tissue feel tear and not binded
Hello Doctor, I am facing issue like muscle tissue tear inside qnd muscle will be paining qnd not bulcky as regular maintenance body , every day I feel differently on my muscle some time feel muscle thick and some time some thing affecting on my muscle like its tear inside and not bulcky like no fat inside so due to this I am getting pain all over the body , I notice I feel some what better if I have orange , ladies finger or cluster beans ,so I am deficiency to any nutrition like vitamins c ? Currently I am taking cresar AM 40 for BP and neurokind Lc , so I am in low protine diet due to protine slightly in urine , so why I am felling better if I have orange but next day I am facing some issue . Muscle tear feel in chest muscle , under arm , buttocks, under ties as well calf and triceps muscle ... taking monthly maintenance dose vitamin d3 .

Diet will help you but visit to physician so once he concluded then we proceed on that path because may be it a side effect of any medicine or protein powder.
